BMW reinvent their iconic badge

BMW has redesigned its iconic logo, for the first time in more than twenty years. First seen on the i4 Concept which was unveiled last week, the Bavarian car maker has replaced the black ring surrounding its famous blue and white check with a transparent circle, while subtly modernising the lettering.

Despite being seen on their latest concept, the marque says there are "no plans" for the logo to appear on their production cars yet. Can’t be too long though. For now, it will be used on their printed and onscreen communications and advertising.
