Land Speed Racers
Photography team Kremer Johnson have captured some the participants of the El Mirage Dry Lake Bed, Southern California, in all their glory. Home to land speed racing and hosting many series each year, the lake bed welcomes hundreds of hot rods, roadsters, belly tankers, lakesters, motorcycles, and trucks. Throughout the season, from May to November, many of these vehicles receive countless hours of maintenance, updates and fine tuning, most often acting as the test ground for the Speed Week at the Bonneville Salt Flats in August.
